Follow with another 8 oz. glass of juice or water. Suggested 6 day Intestinal Cleansing Program: Days 1, 2, and 3 -Follow a fruit, vegetable and whole grain diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between meals and prior to retiring take Entero-Cleanse as directed above (3 times per day). Days 4, 5, and 6 -Resume your normal diet. Continue drinking the Entero-Cleanse 3 times per day as directed above. A mild laxative may be taken each night to ensure rapid evacuation.
